As Asia Program Manager at rePLANET, Pippa Mansell leads the development and delivery of blue carbon mangrove restoration initiatives across the region. With more than 25 years of experience in conservation, ecosystem restoration, and high-level consultancy, she works at the interface of science, communities, and investment, building strong partnerships with local stakeholders while guiding projects from concept through to implementation. Holding a degree in Marine Biology and Oceanography, Pippa has worked extensively in Indonesia, Australia, and the Seychelles. She brings a wealth of field expertise and a strong track record in designing practical, community-driven solutions to the project. Known for her strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, she is passionate about advancing nature-based solutions that deliver lasting ecological and social impact. Outside of work, she enjoys time in nature with her husband and their ever-growing family of rescue animals.
