Imisioluwa Michael Bolarinwa joined rePLANET to lead the Finance and account department, where he drives key financial strategies and oversees finance and treasury operations. Previously, Imisioluwa worked at Ardova Plc and Enyo Retail & Supply Ltd, both oil and Gas downstream in Nigeria. He has extensive experience managing cash flow, debt portfolios, and financial reporting.
Imisioluwa completed his MBA with distinction at the University of West of England and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Covenant University, Nigeria. He is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) member and has earned the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA)® certification.
